1. Who We Are

Quantifai is a lead generation and growth systems agency for small and medium businesses. We build and run the systems that bring our clients more leads, booked calls, and closed revenue — lead generation and outreach, ad creative and campaign pages, booking and CRM wiring, and reporting — delivered month to month.

The data controller for all personal and business data collected through quantifaidata.com is Quantifai (founder-operated). This Privacy Policy applies to all users of quantifaidata.com and its subdomains.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to run the site and deliver the service. What we collect depends on how you interact with us:

Site Visitors

Standard web request metadata (via our hosting provider), and — only if you accept cookies — product analytics and advertising-measurement identifiers. See Section 9, Cookies and Tracking, for detail.

Prospective and Current Clients

When you book a fit call, we receive your name, email, and the details you provide through our scheduling tool. Once you engage us, we collect the business information needed to scope and run the engagement — for example, service area, job pricing, and the account access you grant us to do the work (advertising accounts, CRM, booking tools, and similar).

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Respond to inquiries and schedule fit calls
• Scope, build, and run the services in your engagement
• Understand and improve how our site performs (consent-gated analytics)
• Maintain security, prevent fraud, and debug issues
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell your data. Your individual business data is never disclosed to third parties in identifiable form, other than the service providers below and the platforms and accounts used to run your own engagement.

4. Sub-Processors

We work with the following third-party sub-processors to run this site and deliver the service. Each is contractually bound to handle your data securely.

Additional tools may be added as client engagements require. This list will be updated accordingly.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as it is needed to run your engagement or respond to your inquiry, and for a reasonable period after in case you re-engage or have follow-up questions. You may request deletion at any time (see the DSAR section below).

If you end your engagement, any accounts, lists, or systems built during it stay with you (see Terms of Service Section 2) — this section covers data Quantifai itself holds, such as your contact information and engagement records.

6. Your Rights (CCPA + GDPR)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction: Request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion: Request erasure of your personal data
• Restriction: Request that we limit how we process your data

California residents (CCPA): You have the additional right to know what categories of data we have shared with third parties. We do not sell personal information. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

EU/UK residents (GDPR): You have all of the rights listed above plus the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email jason@quantifaidata.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR)

To submit a data request, email jason@quantifaidata.com with the subject line: DSAR — [your request type].

We accept the following request types:

• Access — receive a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — update inaccurate data
• Deletion — erase your data from our records
• Restriction — limit how we process your data while a dispute is pending

We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete it within 30 days of receipt.

8. Security

We use reputable, industry-standard providers to host this site and process the data described above. All data in transit is protected via HTTPS/TLS. Access to client accounts and engagement data is limited to what is needed to deliver the service.

While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is 100% secure. If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to jason@quantifaidata.com.

9. Cookies and Tracking

We use two optional third-party trackers on our site: PostHog for product analytics, and the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. Both are only initialized after you accept cookies via our cookie banner. You may decline cookies to opt out entirely.

We also run a live chat widget (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector) that loads by default, since it is an operational tool for responding to inquiries rather than a tracker. It only receives data you choose to submit through the chat window.
